[At the dinner table]
"Nayi bahu nahi aayi khane khane?" Vikramsinh asked, facing towards Karan. "Maine bola usse but usko thoda awkward laga, she's scared" Karan replied. "Scared? Hum bhoot hai kya? Are bhai beti hai humari. Humare saath nahi khana khayegi to kiske saath khayegi? Or kamre se bahar nahi nicklegi toh hume janegi kaise? Sujata or Jagruti tum dono ja kr use le aao. Uske aane k baad he dinner start hoga." Vikramsinh said in a steddy voice.
Sujata & Jagruti headed towards the room, "Maine to Maya ko ache se dekha bhi nahi, kaisi dikhti hai vo?" Sujata curiously asked Jagruti. "Bahut pyari hai, badi aakhe, madhur awaz or kad kathi bhi achi hai. Maharani ka jaisa ruup hota hai bilkul waisa he ruup hai. Aaisa ruup to maine aa tk kisi rajkumari ka bhi nahi dekha." Jagruti said with a gleam of satisfaction in her eyes.
They knocked on the door and entered the room. Maya was standing near the balcony. She quickly picked up the dupatta from the chair and whipped her tears as she saw Jagruti & Sujata. "Maya kb tk yaha bandh rahogi? Bahar chalo Karan k papa tumhe dinner k liye bula rahe hai." "Or ab bahut hua, ab agar ek bhi baar royi ho na tum to toh mujhse bura koi na hoga. Rona bandh karo face wash karo or chalo niche." Sujata said while moving her hand on Maya's head.
Maya just nodded her head in agreement. "Are mai Sujata ka introduction dena to bhul he gayi, Maya ye tumhari choti saas, Shivang ki Maa Sujata hai." Jagruti said. "Ohh! Nameste choti sasuma." Maya said as she bend down to take Sujata's blessing but was stopped by sujata, "Humare Yaha betiya per nahi chuti. Or choti sasuma nahi choti ma kaho muje." Sujata said in a very loving tone which brought a big smile on Maya's face.
Maya washed her face and went to the dinner table with Sujata & Jagruti, Jagruti asked her to sit on the chair beside Karan. "Maya beta aap theek ho?" Vikramsinh asked Maya. "Ha baba mai theek hu." hearing the word baba from Maya's mouth brought a smile on Vikramsinh's face. "Aaj tk kisi ne itne pyaar se hume baba nahi kaha, betion k muu se ye labz kitne ache lagte hai na Jagruti?" Vikramsinh got overwhelmed and hearing all these Maya felt some different kind of relief which she had never experienced before. "Ha, aap sahi keh rahe hai. Maya k aane se iss ghar ko beti mill gayi." Jagruti said.
"Maya beta hum soch rahe hai ki tumhari or Karan ki ache se pure riti rivaz se shaadi ki jaye, logo ko aaisa nahi lagna chahiye ki hume tumhe dil se accept nahi kiya hai. Agar tumhe koi problem na ho to is weekend ki dates shaadi k liye final karde? Jitna jaldi shaadi hogi, logo mai utni he kam baate banegi." Vikramsinh asked Maya for her concern. "Mujhe koi problem kyun hogi, aap muje accept kar rahe hai vahi mere liye sabse badi baat hai. Aap sab ko jaise or jab theek lage aap shaadi arrange kr de." Maya said in a low voice. "Tumhare jaisi pyaari ladki ko hum kyun accept nahi karege? Sujata said to which Shivang added, " Haa khudko inferior mat samjo bhabhi. Aap jaisi ladki to agar ma or badi ma world tour krke dundte to bhi na milti." "Ha Maya jaisa koi bana he nahi hai duniya mai." Karan whispered which was heard by Maya & shivang.
Maya was shocked but her cheeks turned red and she couldn't control her smile. "Aap ne kuch kaha bhai?" Shivang amusingly asked Karan. "Hh-ha voh mai...vo mai keh raha tha ki kl ak party organize krte hai, and we can announce the wedding dates tomorrow." Karan said as he gave a cold look to Shivang.
"Ha idea acha hai, Roshan industries k saath humari deal ki party bhi ho jayegi or dates bhi announce ho jayegi." Vidut said. "Theek hai, Karan sabko invitation bhejna. Dhyan rakhna koi baki na reh jaye." Vikramsih said. "Ha papa,I'll look after everything, don't worry. Shivang tum mere sath chalo. Tumhari uss event planner dost kya naam tha umm..Khushi usko call kr party or shaadi dono ka contract usko dete hai." Karan said but was interrupted. "Ye Khushi kon hai? Ak bahu to aa gayi Shivang tum bolo to dusri ko bhi iss weekend he le aaye." Sujata said, teasing Shivang. "Aree kya maa aap bhi" Shivang felt shy and left the room to which others laughed loudly.
[At night]
Maya was wondering how she will spend the night with Karan in the same room. She went to Jagruti and asked her if she could sleep in some other room. "Dusre room mai kyun? Karan ne kuch kaha kya? Abhi class leti hu uski." Jagruti said. Maya held her hand and said, "Nahi nahi ma unhone kuch nahi kaha. Vo shaadi se pehle..kaise..vo..." "Aree Karan ne apne haatho se tumhari mang bhari hai, or maang bharne ka matlab hai Suhagan ban na aur suhagan yaani पतिव्रता naari. Bhale he sari rituals nahi hui hai pr Karan hai to tumhara pati he. Fir bhi agar tum comfortable nahi ho to koi baat nahi mai guest room mai arrangements karwa deti hu" Jagruti said. "Nahi-Nahi ma mai samaj gayi. Uncomfortable hone ki koi baat nahi thi. Mai chalti hu. Good night." Maya said and left.
"She went and opened the door & to her surprise Karan was already in the room but he had just taken a shower and was half naked, his wet body gave a shiver to Maya, she could not take her eyes off but she had to because she didn't want Karan to see her staring at him while he was half naked. Karan's back was facing Maya so he didn't notice that Maya was already in the room.
Karan started to remove the towel which covered his lower body, that was when Maya said, "I-I-I'm sorry, mujhe knock karke aana chahiye tha. I'll wait outside." "Nahi nahi I'll go inside and change." Karan said without turning towards Maya and quickly went to the dressing area. Maya laughed slowly seeing him running towards the dressing area and went to the balcony.
She stood there and admired the beautiful view. The moon's reflection in the pound of the palace made the water look like the night sky and it was very beautiful .Maya was completely lost in the view and didn't realize when Karan came and stood beside her. "It's the most beautiful view, isn't it?" Karan came near Maya and whispered, Maya was still lost in the view and simply replied, "Yes, it's the most beautiful view." "but not more than you angel" Karan whispered to himself which was overheard by Maya & she came to reality, "What? Did you tell me anything?" Maya questioned "Y-y-yes, I just asked you for a cup of tea." Karan did not have the guts to speak the real words so, he panicked and simply pointed towards the tea set on the table.
"Umm no. Raat ko chai nahi pite." Maya said "Kyun? Mei to har dusre din pita hua. Raat ko chai pine se kya hota hai?" Karan said amusingly. "Aap Ka ulta hai, humare yaha to raat ko chai pi kar kisi ko neend he nahi aati." Maya said with a smile and still looking towards the beautiful view. "Vo raat ko meri foreign clients k saath meeting hoti hai so uske liye jagna padta hai to jab meeting hoti hai tb he chai peta hu." Karan said. "Ohh acha. Aaj bhi aap ki koi meeting hai kya?" Maya asked. "Ha aaj bahut important meeting hai. Dinner table pr Roshan industries vali deal ki baat ho rahi thi,uske ideas and planning discuss karni hai and you know this is my dream project is project ko le kr mai bohot he excited hu." Karan exclaimed.
"Ohh great, I hope this project is successful. Chalye mai chai bana deti hu.Sugar kitni chamach lege aap? Maya said as she walked towards the table inside the room. "1 and a half spoons" Karan said as he followed Maya.
They sat on the couch and Maya prepared the tea while Karan got ready for the meeting with his laptop and all the necessary documents. "Can I sit and watch the meeting? Muje nind nahi aa rahi and I have nothing else to do." Maya said as she handed the tea to Karan. "Yeah sure, why not." Karan said with a gentle smile. After 10 to 15 minutes the meeting began & Karan started with the meeting confidently & with full of enthusiasm, Maya looked at him & instantly loved Karan's professional personality. She kept staring at Karan & listened to every detail of the meeting.
In no time Karan found Maya asleep. He closed his camera for a while, gently lifted Maya's legs, kept them on his lap and gently caressed her feet as he looked towards her and admired her beauty as she slept. "Mr. Raghuvanshi are you there? Someone from the meeting distracted Karan with the question. "Oh yes I'm listening." Karan replied while turning his camera on.
Throughout the meeting Karan was caressing Maya's feet. After the meeting was over he quietly packed his stuff, changed his clothes and slowly picked Maya in his masculine arms and took her to the bed and made her sleep. The whole night Karan could not sleep because of the beauty sleeping beside him, suddenly he remembered that the next day was gonna be important. He was filled with happiness and excitement like a small kid, he turned towards Maya and said, "I promise to make your life beautiful and I'll never let you suffer, all your problems have come to an end no matter what, I'll always be by your side, my dear wife." after which he turned around and had a peaceful sleep.
